Known Issues

At Gutshot Poker we like to reward new players and loyal customers with frequent cash bonuses which are applicable when depositing to the client. Customers With Microsoft e-mail Addresses (Hotmail, MSN etc)

If you've contacted Support from any Microsoft e-mail account, please be advised that there may be some delay in you getting your reply. We suggest using an alternate e-mail to contact Support if the matter is urgent.

Customers With Microsoft Vista (all versions)

Please install Vista Service Pack 1 or hotfix from Microsoft. This will solve graphical problems while playing poker for long periods of time.

Players on Vista who are unable to find their player notes should check:
